  4. Difficulty in breathing. Heart disease?

Difficulty in breathing
Hello Doctor , I feel difficulty in breathing very often my heart beats rapidly increases I am facing this problem since from 4 years I cannot take a walk for long as I feel shortness of breath, n I feel uncomfortable after having meals is this symptoms are d indications of heart disease????
