  4. Pain in arms while breathing. Will i do?

Pain in arms while breathing
From yesterday i have been having pain on my arms and chest while breathing. And difficult to breath while lie down. And also a little stomach upsets. What will I do? I attached his ECG with this message.

Mostly due to hyperactivity. Doesn't fit in heart problem.
