Heart Problems & Remedies

Today I feel a little pain in my left side of chest. It is a crushing pain but it is very very mild but I may concerned for my health and I have a history of hypertension and currently on medication for the same. My BP is normal today I took it in the afternoon and it was 120/80. Why is the chest pain rather mild ache happening?Should I be worried?pls help .Also, is it safe travelling by plane?pls help
