Palpitations
I have been diagnosed with an extra beat which I was told was benign. I have noticed I have pauses and then palpitations following these hard beats and most of all, when I check my heart rate on my Apple Watch or anywhere I check it, even when I’m completely still, my resting hr fluctuates from 68 down to 61 and back to 63 then back up to my normal 68-70. Is it normal for it to change like that while being completely still or should it be beating at the same rate?

The normal heart beat varies between 60-100 . So don't worry. If your doctor has evaluated this and told that it's benign then don't worry.
