Cholestrol 159 Triglycerides 113 Hdl 50.3 Ldl 86.3 Vldl 22.6 T chol/hdl ratio 3.1 And ecg report show abnormal q wave v6 Please suggest me

I have pain in left side of my chest and in ecg it shows abnormal q wave(v6). 4months back 2d echo was done and it is normal cholestrol level is normal. Please see my. ecg suggest me what do now. I have fatty liver so am do waking and excercises in morning and evening and taking limited food. I have eosophagitisi.

Last week my mother had 2d echo test. In reports it shows that she has mild mitral stenosis with trace M. R. and mild T R. The mva is 3 cm2 by plainimetry. Mitral peak gradient is 3.8 mm/hg Lvef is 70% All chambers are normal in size and mitral valve is slightly thickened.

One stent has been putted  inside the heart taking all the medicine which is advised by the doctor I just need to know anything has to worry about. She also had a sugar and bp problem as well as well as thyroid and gastric. Please anything additional advice which you can give it to me. Thanks
