Left Axis Deviation
Can splenomegaly or GERD lead to Left Axis Deviation in ECG without any other abnormalities? My cardiologist says, LAD in me is normal as it is not accompanied by any other factors.

Left axis deviation can be a normal finding in some people, if not accompanied by any other cardiac findings orbsymptoms. And it has nothing to do with gerd or spleenomegaly.
