You need to relax and analyse the cause for your anxiety. Once you find out the cause, you should see treatment for your anxiety. On treatment of your anxiety, The increased heart rate in your ECG will automatically normalise. The pain that you are experiencing could be muscular or from hyper acidity. If you would like to evaluate the pain, then please get an echo and a treadmill test done.
