I made ECG in which I found tha my father have complete right bundle branch block also marked right axis deviation and sinus rhytm that is serious or not

She is having regular chest pain since 2 days is it some problem related to heart.We considered it as gastric problem but it happened for one full day and night .then it stopped again yesterday full night she was in pain and today morning also.So is this related to heart ?
