Pinching pain in heart sometimes...when i change my position it goes away.. what is this condition.. is it serious?

I was diagnosed to have tb 3 momths ago. I am 24 years. Then after 2 months of medications all reports came normal. Now i have completed 3 months of treatment. Now i am taking r cinex 600 and 1/2 of benadon 40. My appetite is good. No cough. Gained weight. But for 2 weeks my body is becoming hot at afternoon after meal and evening. And reduce slowly from late evening. But the rest of the day it is normal. I measured temparature with thermometer. It is between 98-98.6 orally and around 98.4 auxillary in the evening at 5-6 pm. Is it normal?? Is my body getting hot for medicines???

My bp is 94/138 I consulted with cardiologist he suggested no need to regular medicine he suggested take metrocard xl 25 tab when feel ghabrahat. Please suggest is  it safe or consultant again.

Ldl is 129.. 3 months back was around 70. He has taken anti-diabetic med for 1-2 years but since 1 year his HbA1c (5.5 this time) is controlled without medications by losing weight and lifestyle modifications. Is any intervention needed?

I have checked my BP many times it comes arround 90/138 to 95/144. Please suggest what should I do. I have checked cholesterol found normal. ECG attached

Hello sir, I'm 35 year old and suffering in breathing..I don't have cough,I feel so tired, my whole body feel pain..sir what I do..??

Sometimes I feel heaviness in chest.. and some time palpitation also.. I have done series of ECG, eco test. All normal.. 7 month back stress MPI test was also done which was also normal. I do running.. and don't feel heaviness or pain that time. Please guide what could be the reason and what test I need to go through..

Hi doctor, Last three days I'm facing left upper chest discomfort problem. I don't have any other heart disease, and having gas problem often. But this discomfort is like little pain, and something moving inside. Last two weeks continously I ate two full boiled eggs on morning. Please let me know why I suddenly face this problem?
