I have no bp history but 2 days back my nose starts bleeding at night ,i checked my bp at hospital its 190/80 ,doctor advised me to take amlopidine and losartan .i dnt know why it suddenly shoot upto 190 ? After taking medicine its coming 127/83 .is there any side effects if these medicines?

It's been two months since angioplasty he is facing diarrhea almost thrice a month and that to 4 to five days in a row. Cardiologist and diabietogist haven't given any specific reason for this as they are not sure. Kindly help why he is facing this even if he doesn't eat sugar, taking his medicines regularly. He has also dropped around 10 kgs since angioplasty due to strict diet. Does any specific food cause diarrhea?
