Hello,
Kawasaki disease can cause coronary arteries (heart blood vessels) to dilate abnormally. On top of that high platelet counts can cause blood clots in the heart blood vessels. So you keep doing her echo every year at least if possible every 6 months and consult a hematologist for high platelet counts
