Hi doc my father is suffering from gastric and had heart problems as well and since two days having chest pain at night which gets better after few minutes or so  is this due to gastric or heart related how to recognise.

Hello, To differentiate between gastric and heart related symptoms, get an ECG and if possible echo done as soon as possible

Mostly heart Best test is ecg If going out get echocardiogram also
