I have a doubt can a lower b12 vimamin in blood can give positive tmt. Is there any relation between b12 and heart problems.

I have chest pain in upper region and in shoulder blades on both sides of chest previously i was diagnosed with acalculous cholecystitis but after USG few days back every thing is normal on USG on ECG it was sinus bradycardia and sinus arrythmia with av block 3rd degree and junctional escape rhythm ...i consulted a cardiologist he said you are okay you don't need any treatment.. what should I do I still have chest pains that radiates to neck veins

Currently I'm 80kg and I'm 183cm tall. Sometimes I feel chest pain on the left side of the chest and shoulders and neck pain and sometimes hand tremors..heart palpitations may be I don't know sir, But the chest pain is usually not painful, it's more like twitching pain or sudden pain but disappears.. Usually feels like chest fullness I have done my ECG test few days back and doctor said ECG is normal but my bp is 140/90 Few 6 months back, I had covid infection after that I'm feeling this type.. What I can do sir?? Even chest xray is normal..

My husband is having pain in middle of the chest Bp is normal..is there anything to worry?is this ecg normal?

Hi doctors, In my work from home scenario, i experienced some heart palpitations episodes (4-5 times) with mild giddiness but i can move and walk during that time. (No other symptoms are there) After that, for safety purpose i did twice all heart tests like ecg, echo, tmt, chest xray and blood test which  normal. Only BP and LDL are high. Around 140+ Before work from i never experienced like that. For last 6-7 months there is no palpitation happened but i have the following symptoms. 1) occasionally pin point mild pain in left chest for few seconds and disappeared (even baby can tolerance that pain) 2) left chest fluttering/pounding for few seconds (sometime other body parts also) 3) feel like giddiness, lightheaded and feel like floating (not everytime) My question, is that any heart related problem or something other else? Other means, what is my problem and what should i do.. i really need to stop these symptoms. I am in worry, something might going to happen to me?😥😥😥

I usually eat healthy home food throught the week less salt minimal oil and don't eat outside but sometimes i eat sweets once a month or bhujiyas ot chips once or twice a month. Will it cause sugar or heart problems or pressure eating processed food once twice a month. I work out regularly. I am fit

From many days I am having chest pain. It comes and goes anytime. I did ecg, echo test in Sept., 1 day bp monitoring in sept, holter Montioring in October, troponin test in October. Reports are attached. Pls suggest what is the problem

I was on prolomet and I have been advised for a change of medicine telma 40 in the morning and prolomet 25 in the night and after week doctor advised to stop prolomet and continue with telma alone. Whether this will cause any issue or symptoms due to sudden change of medicine and stoping prolomet 50 in the morning.
