I have a small round and  soft structure under my skin.it is not visible from outside but when I pressed it I can feel it...exactly back downside of neck.It is very soft and round shaped and moving ... please tell me wat it is .I am attaching the pictures .

Undergone laser fissure suregry a day ago with spinal anaesthesia. A day after ..headache persists when sitting and vomiting occured ..what is the reason and solution?

I am 36 year old male, currently having grade 4 thrombosed external hemorrhoids. i dont have any rectal bleeding or stool bleeding. i went to a local general surgeon, he recommended me surgery but did not tell me which way surgery would be done. he said i will get discharge after 4 days and i will have to get admitted a day before surgery, total 6 days stay in hospital. does grade 4 external hemorrhoids surgery need 6 day long stay in hospital? are there other surgery option which can lessen my hospital stay?

I am suffering from perianal abcess fro lockdown i had 3 surgeries but there was no solution for me on my 2nd surgery doctor said me for FNAC it shows tuberculosis i take tb medicines for 15 months but problem not solving after completing tb medicines course my problem solved automatically after 6 months. Mow problem comes again and last month doctor told me for surgery again and everything goes fine after surgery now it happens again today please solve my problem.

Can a person do cooking after 1  month of gall bladder surgery like this includes  movements of the right hand?

A pain persists where the gall bladder was before surgery after doing movements during cooking but it's unavoidable to skip these movements ...Is it of something serious or is it normal ? This pain is still there after 1 and 1/2 months after surgery.

Can a person after taking medicine continuously for 1 month after gall bladder surgery skip all the medicines and just simply stay based on diet like avoiding rich foods ? Though she feels pain at the site of the gall bladder when she does movements during cooking and also the pain persists after that or for the whole day.

Hello dr recently I have done lateral internal sphincterotomy surgery under with ms with general anesthesia but I have question in my mind before i cunsult with proctologist another doctor and he said in fissure surgery via laser u need dressing clean after surgery but in present doctor who done surgery he didn't done dressing clean nothing it so what different in both of them?

My grandmother was operated for a condition cellulitis recently and surgeon told us that skin had to be removed as there was no enough blood supply to the leg. Attached are the pictures and it's been a week since the initial surgery was done and they have removed more skin yesterday.I am seeking for a second opinion.Kindly advise us.Thankyou
