Sir/ma'am Patient aged 72 , diabetic and hypothyroidism patient with TSH of 6.11 had USG done today. Kindly guide is this begin or malignancy?

Pls refer to my dopper test report I am ok with stockings and daflon tablet However, it is painful on some days Is it ok to do laser surgery and get rid of this issue Any negative or side impacts if laser surgery is done Pls advise

Iam having external piles from 6 years but there is no severe symptoms no bleeding nothing only light pain will be for some time after bowling can I ignore it

General surgeon prescribed these two ointments...But said nothing abt them when /how to use... diltiazem hydrochloride 2 w/w and lidocaine hydrochloride 2 w/w gel.... nifedipine & lidocaine cream cream .... When should I use this?How many times in a day? Should I use both of them at a time one by one?or any gap should be given...I should use this after/before sitz bath?

I got 4 stitches on my forehead because of an accident on 09.01.2024. Stitches got removed after 14 days on 22.01.2024. Now what ointment and medicines I should take for it to get completely recovered.

Sir/ma'am My father aged 72 is diabetic and hypothyroidism patient. He is having mild pain in upper side of abdomen below ribs area . He is also feeling little bit of constipation and has not eaten solid food since 24 hrs. He has consumed only tea and biscuits. He has no other symptoms no fever no vomit etc. I have attached his report of USG abdomen and xray chest done today for your reference. Kindly guide which disease is this and is there any emergency or something to worry about?

My father ( aged 82) suffering from 2and stage bed sore( just below of hip joint). dressing with saline water going on. After that applying megaheal spray and gel. Last 4 days he says having pain in and around that area. Always raise his leg. What medicine will be appropriate so that he can get relief.

I had a laser sphincterotomy and fissurectomy with 3 minor skin tag removal almost 2 months back. Post operative pain was very bad for 1st month during BM and pain lasted for few hours . Had to take pain medications throughout Now I still have moderate pain during BM and pain for a few hours post that. Unable to sit or sleep on my back since surgery. Wound not healing. Bleeding everytime i have more than one BM. Does this mean  surgery has failed and I am left with a non healing wound. Is this normal in some cases or something has seriously gone wrong. I am taking laxatives and stool is not hard. Following a basic diet. Completely avoiding spicy,junk and fried food. No clue what to do next?
