Consulted the general physician regarding knife cut in the finger and got dressing. Bandage is turning dark in colour. Is this normal or am i having bleeding inside. am attaching the image of the same

My father ( age 83) suffering from little pressure sore just below hip joint. Giving megaheal gel after  giving saline water . Any antibiotic or other medicine required? Please suggest best treatment . Father is a Parkinson's patient also.

GALL BLADDER: Partially distended and shows an intraluminal calculus measuring 18 mm. No calculus/pericholecystic fluid. Wall thickness is normal. The common bile duct is normal in calibre.

Hemithyroidectomy done and biopsy reports came as papillary carcinoma of thyroid, total thyroidectomy done, now they are suggesting to take radio active iodine, does it have any side effects

I had a fistuletomy 50 days back. I used to get slough discharge in a very small quantity, which was easily washable. Since yesterday, i have noticed a white layer on the surface of the wound. I tried to wash it off, but it isn't going. I tried soaking it in sitz bath and then washed it, it still isn't going. I have attached the image for your reference. Please advise if this is normal or if should i be concerned? I had a review from the surgeon 1 week back, and he said my wound was clean and healing well. I did not have this problem at that time.

I had perianal abscess surgery (insertion and drainage) in Nov 2023. After a month i saw blood on my gauze and a small pimple was seen on the wound. The doc made an insertion and blood was drained out.Today again a small pimple is seen at the same place and blood is oozing out of it. Why is this happening again?
