I have pilonidal sinus. I am a student prrparing for college. should i go for laser surgery? Is laser more costly? How much can it cost?

Is there any ointment or cream for the treatment of Hemorrhoids? My wife is having 2 external Hemorrhoids in her anus area. I would like to know is there any cream or ointment which can subdue these hemorrhoids.

I got abscess due to injection which was painful.so dr drained it but again it reoccurred.For which I have taken augmentin 1g and chymoral forte 1 td. Dr also suggested sumag dressing due to which it opened and pus is coming. Area is still large pain is there and there is some hardness. I want to know 1. Can it be cured without operation? 2.If it is fatal to leave it untreated for some time due to covid? Please suggest.what should I do..My mother is scared about this surgery.

I have no visible redness or swelling in breasts .. And I experience slight pain in breasts. It's the time of my period to come but I have no symptoms of it coming maybe I m gonna skip cycle this time as I have minor pcos.so I shoulf consider this as a period sign or not ?? ...

Dear doctors I have Slight pain in breasts and I cannot tell since Bcoz its occasional but since 2 days now I have Slight pain in some or the spot in breasts. Before going on to any other experience.I wanna tell that I recently consulted a rhuematologist and I gone thru 15 blood tests bcoz of pain in fingers and left arm ..My CRP report is positive and I'm Vit B12 and D3 deficient and medicines are going according to it. Gabapin medicine that is for nerve pain is not available since days so I'm not able to take it which resulted in left arm pain and burning .The pain in left arm starts from upper left breast area covers shoulder and upper back ( left). I wanna mention that I also have minor PCOS due to which I skipped a month period than I took some homeopathy med for a month then my periods got normal so I stopped taking it but now again in this month (June) I'm having no signs that my period is around but is this slight breast pain due to the date around ??

A 10 days since I am in bed rest the systom is back down ass mid point pilonidal sinus surgery done but it is stitched surgery and for recovery how much days it takes doctor they any tab don't gave to me so if you consulting to me which tab can I take and for healing what I can do

Which doctor I should reach to get my problem examined in case of pain persists? I am CRP positive and Vit B12and D3 deficient.

It might be pilonidal sinus but whatever it is, its healing and i am sure it is not getting worse. Negilible release of pus. I am also taking antibiotics. I  clean the wound everyday 2-3 time. Is surgery still necessary? HISTORY- a small hollow valley like formation with only a layer of skin, painful to press into. it been two months or so but then it develops a pimple like formation overnight on the same spot.

My sister does not have complete bowel movement. Few months before she suffered from fecal impaction after fistula surgery,fecal impaction was removed by giving enema in hospital. after fecal impaction she got this incomplete bowel evacuation problem.her morning loo is regular, but the sensation is incomplete after each and every bowel movement and stool is not bulky sometimes. She can notice undigested things in stool.. She can also feel gas formation in left stomach during bowel movement. She is really concerned that it will cause serious effects in her health. Please advise.

Hello Dr. My father is suffering from fitsula 6 o clock,as doctor advised us for surgery. Is there any other option where surgery can be avoided. Also he is facing Urine retention problem ,cathride is installed Now having both problem in one time what can be done please advise
