Diatasis recti tummy
Hello doctor, I have two kids. My tummy became worse after my second child. I m doing exercises from tone and tighten YouTube channel. My tummy is reduced yet not strengthened. It looks like belly pooch. So loose. Is abdominoplasty only option? It is possible to reduce through exercises? Please suggest doctor and I am very much stressed regarding this.

Abdominoplasty is one option, other option is like laparoscopic hernia repair with large mesh placement. But other details are needed. Get a USG and CECT done.
