General Surgery

My uncle was working in the factory and his 3 fingers has been crushed in the machine.He was taken to govt hospital and the doctor has cut those fingers till the crushed part.(half of the fingers are lost)Now the wounds are cleared.He is becoming dull by the sight of the hand now. Can you please provide what are the medical options and how much does they cost so that he can feel happy again. Thank you so much in advance.

My husband fell from bike and got scartch and wound near elbow 8 days ago applied ( betadine ointment, neosporine but not find much difference and using megaheal and healing is quite slow and it seems some yello pus like substance today over wound plz advice what medication to use is it infection I have also use praffin chlorhexidine dressing for first few days but it was getting moist and I don't cover with gauze as it sticks and peels of the covering and hurts plz advice plz should My pain is getting better do I need some other medicine plz suggest Earlier also I had this type of injury but it had healed with a week but now its taking lot of time

It has been week since my toe nail got removed.. While drinking water. Bandage got wet.. I feel little moist in the dressing bandage.. I tried to remove the bandage.. But it is stick to that wound. Any method to remove that bandgae without any pain.

My father hand was swelled up after Glucose drip was taken off. Later we went to surgeon for the check up. He did the small incision to take out the pus. But since last 10 days I am going for Dressing and we see lot of Pus comes out daily  from his hand He is diabetic but now a days his sugar levels is between 80-90. Doctor has asked for Pus culture test. Can you please tell me what could be the issue? Why his wounds are not recovering .

Hot water is slipped on both legs and below d knee skin got damaged and blisters formed and blister got popped itself and again new blisters formed and skin become black reddish

Previously there were few sub centimetre lymph nodes in para umbical region and right iliac region. In recent ultrasound reports are normal but still I am feeling pain in my stomach specially after eating something.

Ichy anus ,inflamation and 2 boil on Anus . Vulvar iching ,no abnormal discharge   No constipation ,no bleeding . Continues itching .prickling sensation. Tried Albendazole tablet , candid  cream but didn't work . scratching further increasing ichiness. Very depressed.

Good evening As i got an scratch from street dog and undergone vaccinations on 0 3 7th day and my 28th day sceduled on aug 1. Between these days an another unknown street dog chased me while i driving my bike and i got wounded and cleaned the wound nearby by water and soap and went for hospital. Again i taken my 0 3 7th day vaccine this week.i have taken those dose due to sudden fear. Is that any danger for me. I am really worried.
