I have a cyst in my back which is not growing It pains when I touch it and feel it but not after that may be that is psychological I have no problem with it it has been for may years but I faced no problem Also I am a regular gym guy who lifted heavy weight After watching videos I am little concerned , please help me if there is something serious

My uncle was working in the factory and his 3 fingers has been crushed in the machine.He was taken to govt hospital and the doctor has cut those fingers till the crushed part.(half of the fingers are lost)Now the wounds are cleared.He is becoming dull by the sight of the hand now.
