Please suggest medicine for 9 months old injury on and around right ear. 9 months ago taken medicine. Now feeling little uneasiness and pain behind eyes.

Dr swati sulakshane this are my fnac report. I have no other symtoms. The size of node is 1.2*0.7cm.it is not increasing and is constant for 8 months. I just want to be completely sure.
