Gluteal Absecess Woumd Healing
Gluteal Absecess surgery is done before 2 months now wound is healing by secondary healing as patient has fallen down now till yesyerday wound was normal but now a small cavity is formed inside this is this cavity is normal or dangerous...this is asked for male patient of 25 years age

But there are multiple ulcers...?? Where did he fall from was all these ulcers present before fall ??? These ulcers will heal but will take time....U got to take care of the wound hygiene...Avoid pressure over this wound until it heals and if it takes time the wound can be covered with a graft...
