I have this sore and bump which oozes out itself and comes . Some months ago I had it with fever but it got well itself by oozing out the pus itself. It come and goes . I am 19 years old and can't go anywhere due to covid . I am afraid of something serious .

Today i gone through a surgery of complete rectal prolapse through starr process. My medical for iaf in afcme delhi is scheduled after 15 days. Will they be able to identify tht i had gone through surgery. Training will start after 5 months.

Previously 2 yr ago my wife got fissure in ano that recover completely with two skin tags but now from last 10 days she got a new lump/pile/fissure or something other that cause pain during stool.She take cremaffin syrup 15 ml and polyethylene glycol 1 spoon at night since from last 7 days but still the motion is hard and dry.please suggest some remedy or medecines.please look at the image and suggest.Is it pile or fissure.
