Bleeding during defecate time & sometimes it comes in clotted form, generally there is no pain, but sometimes rarely I feel little bit pain in the middle part of stomach, but generally there is no pain, Bleeding much, & no much problem of constipation, & potty also ok, not hard, it is in liquid form generally,. Blood comes from inside. Not outside, there is no (massa) I feel, but bleeding much This problem is from 3-4 months??? Please help me sir & give best suggestion???

Please find the attached report of back of neck says a small inflamatory lession since observed from last 10 months but no other symptoms in bodies like fever , weight loss , other swelling etc. The existing swelling is painless, not increased. My physician says to do further FANAC to get confirm, but due to COVID situations I am unable to perform FANAC . What is your opinion as per USG is anything wrong? .
