Attaching his two reports - Ultrasound and MRCP MRI. Basis previous report of ultrasound situation was critical as one stone was in the neck of GB. Pls review the current and MRCP MRI and help us with the current situation.

My son ( 22 months) got a deep cut on his right thumb while playing on 04 nov . Excessive bleeding happened. I am not sure but it is by a writing board corner. I went to a nearby hospital where the staff made 7 stitches on his thumb and prescribe amoxcylin and ibrufene / combiflam for a week. But not injected TT Bleeding stopped and child is playing and eating normally. Is there anything else I should check or do?? Is a TT necessary?

I am having in grown toe nails which causes pain every 2-3 weeks. I need permanent resolution for 'in grow' property of nails. Can anybody suggest.
