General Surgery

Constant mild dull pain in lower abdomen since 15 days. Did abdomen, pelvis and scrotum USG 10 days ago and everything was normal. Doctor said that pain is due to Spermatic Cord Edema and gave medicines for a week - zifi 200, pan 40mg, Chymoral forte and emanzen d. There was only little improvement after a week, pain did not totally subside. Doctor then changed the medication and asked the following medicines to be taken for 3 days -rablet d, clavum 625mg, daflon 500mg and signoflam. Its been 3 days now however symptoms have not got any better., Thus we wanted a second opinion please.

My father had ostomy surgery in august and now he has recovered,but after blood test now his sugar level is coming as 500,465.. Can surgery cause high blood sugar levels?He never had diabetes before. He had high bp from last many years.

I have pails.  And it's stage of number 4 grade. I'm so scared. How to I relief from this?? Can you tell me  It's possible to surgery by laser treatments ??

She developed facial edema 10 days after sebaceous cyst excision surgery. What's the cause. Is it dangerous.

Male Patient, aged 20, facing recurrent ( 6-7 times ) ingrown toenail on his right toe for last 2- 3 years. Wound develops on either one or both sides of the toenail. Undergone one-sided as well as both sided nail avulsion, 4-5 times & full nail avulsion 2 times by general doctor. Everytime advised to take augmentin, chymoral plus alongwith dressing using betadine lotion & Mupirocin + Betamethasone cream. Yesterday, he visited a general surgeon at govt. hospital who, without taking his consent & informing him about the procedure, again did full nail avulsion ( perhaps without cauterization /  matrixectomy ) on 7 Jan 2021. # Is it possible to know which procedure was performed ? # If not done already, can nail matrixectomy be done now to stop recurrence ? # What is the success rate we can expect ? # How much would it cost ?? Patient is very upset after this . Now he is even thinking of toe amputation to avoid recurrence. He is emotionally devastated. Kindly help this poor guy.
