Sir, My father  age 76 years old undergoes angioplasty and two drug eluting stents placed on 01.02.2021. Now nephrologist say that urgent surgery is required in left kidney. Sir, when he should go for surgery now. Please advise.

My father is having bedsore.we have dine debridement of it.  Doctor suggested to take VAC dressing at home. But i want know that is it safe to take VAC dressing at home? Also shall we admit patient for VAC dressing and faster recovery? Also tell me that whether VAC dressing best treatment for bedsore after debridement?

I have gastritis with erosion,piles grade 2 and loaded colon problem(according to ct scan).i an taking laxatives regularly y lax a homeopathy medicine in bedtime but no result is there i have piles with bleefing.previously i had used crenaffin plus pruvict ,sorbitol ,softovac,movicol,pegmove etc. But no permanent cure is there...i also have colon pain.can this pain and bloody stool associated with ibd or cancer?or it is ibs c?what is the reason of this colon pain?how can i get rid of piles ?(i eat fruits and veggis on regular basis and 4 litres of water but alas.. )

I had fissures operation last week but I think I am having puss in my dressing pads Is it possible for puss to be there after operation Or is it just my thinking
