Ibs constipation
I have gastritis with erosion,piles grade 2 and loaded colon problem(according to ct scan).i an taking laxatives regularly y lax a homeopathy medicine in bedtime but no result is there i have piles with bleefing.previously i had used crenaffin plus pruvict ,sorbitol ,softovac,movicol,pegmove etc. But no permanent cure is there...i also have colon pain.can this pain and bloody stool associated with ibd or cancer?or it is ibs c?what is the reason of this colon pain?how can i get rid of piles ?(i eat fruits and veggis on regular basis and 4 litres of water but alas.. )

Hi It's not Cancer Likely it's not IBS either It's just chronic constipation and likely piles due to straining on stool Use high fiber diet,figs, fruits, avoid juice and coffee If piles are bleeding Go for laser treatment
