No pain nothing at all just a small thin finger like projection in my anus There's no bleeding N I'm perfectly maintaining my diet too Is it severe when we have hemorrhoids but we are not in pain?

Sir/ma'am I have this small wound on my finger which is present since 1 month and not completely healed yet. Kindly suggest the required action and is this something serious? Ps: I am attaching CBC and photograph of my wound

My constipation is not going ...i have it from 2 years..also i have hard stool only in start and than later whole stool is soft ...i have fissures now bcoz of hard stool in start and in 2019 i was operated for piles..pls help me..

At the age of 16 year surgery has been done for intensetine porprate. Now to remmove cyst laproscopy surgery is possible.

Please inform proper treatment and good doctor for- Right adnexal large cystic lesion, USG report. As per MRI report 'irregular T1/T2 hyperintense cystic lesion with mild T2 hypointense wall adjacent to right ovary closely abutting it. Exophytic right ovarian hemorrhagic cyst.
