Hi doctor, I am under ibs treatment since 3 months. Everything was fine before my gastroenteroloiest change my medicine ND kept only antacids , ibset and sprolcel Last night, I had feverises and I took dolo and azee 500 antibiotics Then next morning stool was mix of solid and diarrhea. it was yellow and dark brown mix. I am really stressed...how to get ride off this symptoms. I am facing this since 4 month. Please I knee down and beg you all doctor to save me... I don't want to dies so soon. I have new married life..new dreams... Please suggets

Hi doctor i have gastritis diagnosed endoscopy there shown h Pylori Infection and esophagitis gastritis..in January i had slight chest pain in left side so i did ecg its shows normal.. Then doctor told its from gastritis... But now from last two light pain in chest left side.. Is it gastritis.. I did ecg in January.. Is it pain from gastritis?. Got ultrasound done when I was feeling heavy and irritating on left side lover abdomen. Found spleen is enlarged and grade 1 fatty lever. What is the treatment for spleen enlargement, any diet changes?, I am consulting ayurvedic doc. Ayurvedic doc has given lever tonics and some tablets. Please advise in diet and treatment? Is the diagnosis correct or I have some other gas problem.

For last 7 days I am having extreme acidity. After every 2 hours having too much hunger and after eating feeling better. Taking PAN 40 in the morning for last 2 days. But nothing has improved till now. Did recent health check up. USG abdomen, chest x ray, thyroid, cbc , HB1AC was normal . Please help

Hi doc, Recently i did stool routine test and also calprotectin test . Both the test came out normal..i occasional start burping and farting a lot in the evening time . I get that feeling that i want to pass stool and then i fart.  Doc has prescribed me benizep . He didn't tell me for what i should be having this for a month. Why is benizep prescribed ? Any insights ll help
