Suffering from stomach pain, having fever that goes up and down, also having body pain and headache for the last five days

Can whole abdomen ultrasound detect fibrosis or cirrhosis..as am diagnosed with grade 1 fatty liver..so is it fibrosis or just a fatty liver..

For 5 days she is having pain in stomach. Some time increase otherwise bearable. Also experiencing fever and headache

Is surgery only option, do we need to remove gallbladder, what are side effects of removal of gallbladder

I have doney blood test 11 days ago . My bilirubin was 2.3 can i go for my test Or  wait for few days to get normal. One month ago my bilirubin was 9.

I did a MRI scan report attached and want to know what exactly mentioned. Is the report shows fistula. Whether I need surgery.please advice. MRI Reports Indication - images reveal large curvilinear sinus tract arising from subcutaneous plane of right gluteal region extending superiority and then anteriorly upto the level of leavtor ani muscle with translevator extension and secondary ramifications as described - suggestive of grade - V impending fistula.

I have been diagnosed with hiatus hernia hills grade 3, GE at 35 cm and type A GERD. I am suffering with severe acidity issues, vomiting as well as chest pain after taking food. Even after taking the medicines, these symptoms remain. Should I undergo a surgery or is it ok to take medicines whenever these symptoms come? Can this hernia get worse over time since it's grade 3? Please help.

I was having fatty liver grade 3 with 18.7 cm liver size few months back..since then i stopped alcohol n outside food n started reducing weight..but now its grade 1 with 12.7 cm liver size..total bilirubin always comes around 1.4 since then..sgpt and sgot are 26 and 30..now can i start having alcohol n outside food?

I have stomach pain since May month after eating outside food.I got diagnosed with h pylori in the month of June. Since then... My stomach has been paining continuously... Its been 3 months... Everyday different symptoms like one day gas , growling noise in stomach, other day its flank pain.. what is going on can anyone please explain. Its been 3 months and im disturbed now. I also have anxiety issues because of this. Kindly suggest

I feel i am. Not able to empty my bowel. Properly since part2 3 months also since a week. I have itchy and burning sensation in anus ans rectum just after u defecate
