Cannot eat or drink my grandfather is 70 years old he did endoscopy report says tight structure at esophageal sphinture so what is the solution

LFT has sgpt of 50 and rest is within range. CBC shows low platelet of 125000. Last month platelet was 150000. Had mild covid in January. Pre covid platelet has always been in the range. Abdomen scan done- no fatty liver, everything else is normal. Simple hepatic syst of 0.7x0.6 cm is there. Sgpt was 47 when tested 8 month back. How does it look? Is sgpt elevated? Why platelets is low. Got virul screening done and all are negative.

My uncle whose age is 47 years has sometimes unable to pass gas and his stomach get tights so he went for general physician and docter has asked him to get LFT and ultrasound of abdomen ,which report i am enclosing along with it ,what is grade 2/3 i am unable to understand and also physician has prescribed medication for this ,does he need further test of Hepatitis,and what physical change he need to have along with diet ,his sugar level is also high

I HAVE BEEN PRESCRIBED BILYPSA(SAROGLITAZAR) FOR FATTY LIVER BUT I DONT HAVE SUGAR OR HIGH LIPID...ALL OTHER TRST NORMAL FIBROSCAN 9.2 KPA. I WANT TO ASK CAN I TAKE THIS TABLET IF I DONT HAVE SUGAR OR HIGH TRIGLYCERIDE. DOES IT HAVE ANY SIDE EFFECTS. HB1AC 5 . KIDNEY FUNCTION NORMAL. AL OTHER PARAMETER NORMAL SGPT 215 SGOT 80. SHOULD I CONSUME THIS TABLET ..SAROGLITAZAR

Please advise Sgot level is 49.5, is it serious ... Rest of the test report are fine Kindly advise,

Hi, My husband went thru hernia surgery on 25th March & on 22nd May he was having vomitting, bloating like issues. Doctor prescribed an CT scan. Report of CT scan is attached. Hello, I am 24 yrs student. From approximately 10 days continous I am feeling gas in my stomach, because of which my stomach also pain and when I apply massage my stomach the gas comes out but the condition again remains same after a while. My husband's liver test results are: GGT - 224 SGOT - 64 SGPT- 252 All 3 are above normal range, what do these values mean and is it liver cirrhosis? How to treat it?
