I feel constipated since 5days now.. I'm able to pass stool here and there but not able to empty bowels completely. I tried all home remedies like prunes, Apple juice and yoga also.. looks like this is not getting better. I don't want to consume laxative. What should I do next?

I have pain in left side of heart and exactly back side of heart and shoulder and in stomach. Can't sleep whole night. Sour like coming out of mouth and can't eat feeling like gas problem. All possible test are done including endoscopy, ultrasound, ecg and a lots from last 1 years. If i take pan IV or pan 40 then feeling bit okay for 1 or 2 day. Is there any doctor who can tell what happened. I have visited 123 hospital and 80 doctor for this problem. Every doctor doing all test 20k to 2 lakh bills but no results. No diabetes no pressure. Feeling stomach burning and something want to come out from my middle of chest and paining left side of heart. Now feeling to suicide. Last hope

My part of stomach feels hard when touched by hands it also pains the part is at lower part of lung on right side I have done sonography it has shown mild intestinal inflamation of large intestine

Stomach pain and poop is liquid As soon as I eat need to go to toilet Unable to eat food ...if I eat need to go to toilet 2 to 3 times

I am suffering from ulcerative colitis since 2005 . I am on mesacol tablets and occasionally take steroid if severity is more. I want to know if  fecal transplant FMT is beneficial to cure ulcerative colitis.

My doctor suggested for endoscopy due to GERD is there any other way to rule out as I have some breathing issues and anxious person. Can you please tell Will CT scan works Thanks Dileep

Hi doctor, I am under treatment for ibs from last 6 month. I have occasionally loose stool and multiple times a day. I am always stressed and due to that I am in depression since 6 month. I cry most of time. I have seen one drop of blood in stool 4 times in last 4 weeks. Major issue in weight loss. My weight was 93 in March 2022 and now it is around 89. Only difference I did that I am not eating food much outside due to ibs issue and avoiding milky products. I am really worried due to this weight loss. I have done blood test and stool test in April month. All came normal.. Please suggest.

My wife has conceived and she is in the early stage of 2nd Trimester (15 weeks) , Gynecologist doctor is advising to consult Gastroenterologist as to whether she can start with Iron and Calcium tablets? Please advise! Currently, she is taking Mesacol 400 mg (2 per day) for her ulcerative colitis treatment! Gynecologist has prescribed following tablets: 1. Feroglobin - 1 per day (1-0-0) 2. Osteocare - 1 per day (0-0-1)

Hi, I am facing from IBS, I consulted doctor recently he prescribed me IBSET 5mcg. I don't have any idea when to take this medicine. Do I need to take this medicine " After breakfast and after dinner" ? I tried to contact the hospital but they are not responding. I'll upload the prescription please help me out with this ASAP.
