Pain in left side of heart and stomach
I have pain in left side of heart and exactly back side of heart and shoulder and in stomach. Can't sleep whole night. Sour like coming out of mouth and can't eat feeling like gas problem. All possible test are done including endoscopy, ultrasound, ecg and a lots from last 1 years.
If i take pan IV or pan 40 then feeling bit okay for 1 or 2 day.
Is there any doctor who can tell what happened.
I have visited 123 hospital and 80 doctor for this problem. Every doctor doing all test 20k to 2 lakh bills but no results.
No diabetes no pressure.
Feeling stomach burning and something want to come out from my middle of chest and paining left side of heart.
Now feeling to suicide. Last hope
