My creatinine level is 0.54 , can anyone suggest if it is serious concern or can be treated without any medication. Apart from creatine level everything is in normal range.

Undergone Colonoscopy on 18th August. cecal ulcers seen in large intestine. Biopsy report is non specific. Concerned doctor is not ready to go ahead with biopsy findings. What to do next ?

Previously I was little fine after delivery..but from April m suffering mild motion.my stomach get upset and forming gas is quite common specially in morning and sometimes after meals. I stopped drinking milk. Earlier I Took norfloxacin+ tindidazol tablet for 2 days and sometimes ors it worked but after few days it started again.. don't know y it is happening again and again,after stopping all my previous medicine also there is no relief 😔

Hello, I am 22 yrs male, I have a problem of acne, for that I was advised for isotetronin 20mg per day, its been over 7 months and i was adviced to continue for more 7-8 months, but few days ago i started having problem of weight loss, because I am more it bodybuilding stuff I do take bodybuilding mass gainers and Proteins shakes, so I got my LFT's done and results were I have 380 alkaline phosphate and 46 SGOT, so is this due to Protiene shakes or isotetronin, will it be fine if I stop Protiene shakes for a while and go for liver treatment and also acne treatment with isotetronin together, since isotetronin helped me alot I don't want to stop it right away, so please help me.

From past 6 months i am having this tenesmus feeling in the evening..i pass stool twice . There is lot of discomfort in the anus..i have grade 1 to grade 2 piles..i get that feeling that i want to pass stool but then i pass gas . I keep getting this feeling  Sometimes i pass stool three times. What to do about it ?
