I am experiencing a excessive gas in morning empty stomach which results in excessive burping. And also when i sit their is gurgling sound gomes out from my stomach how to overcome this please help. Age 23 male

Hi , I have been suffering with buring in stomach,Acidity and gas for the past 2 years. Endoscopy results with erosive gastritis+ probably due to H.Pylori bacterial infection. I have been prescribed with Nexpro Hp kit (2 antibiotics + 1 PPI) for 12 days. I have history of kidney problem . Can I use this medication with kidney problem or Is this H.pylori infection can be cured in Homeopathy/Ayurveda . Please help in getting out this problem as this has been hell to me for 2 years. I have pain in left side of heart and exactly back side of heart and shoulder and in stomach. Can't sleep whole night. Sour like coming out of mouth and can't eat feeling like gas problem. All possible test are done including endoscopy, ultrasound, ecg and a lots from last 1 years. If i take pan IV or pan 40 then feeling bit okay for 1 or 2 day. Is there any doctor who can tell what happened. I have visited 123 hospital and 80 doctor for this problem. Every doctor doing all test 20k to 2 lakh bills but no results. No diabetes no pressure.
