I am having pain in lower left abdomen just to the left of belly button. Also, I am constantly having gas issues where my stomach gets bloated mostly during night. The pain is constant, sometimes it goes off and sometimes the pain is more. Few months back I was diagnosed with IBS. That time the doctor had given prescribed medicines which I took and then became fine. This time the gas issue started again after having outside food and it's there. I am currently taking the same medicines since 3 days which the doctor prescribed few months back. I am now worried if I have some serious issues. Please suggest. I am attaching the prescription which doctor had prescribed.

My wife have had 1:160 typhoid. Dr.gave her paracetamol, antibiotic, vitamin C and Omerazole. After eating for 5-6 days she got rashes all over her body suddenly. Then in test it came that her OT and PT are almost near 100 and above. When she is having Levocetrizine, the rashes are going away and after 1 or 2 days the rashes are coming back. Any suggestions please?

I went for routine checkup ...my sgpt levels have increased( 8 months back it was around 75) I have started weight loss plan which I am planning to achieve gradually. I have attached the report also. I want to know if i should go for weight loss and healthy diet or it is risky situation and i have to consult a doctor urgently?
