Hi whenever I eat spicy , indigestion happens and bad odour comes from mouth. I'm noticing this often in the last one year. Should I get tested for ulcer or should I get my intestine checked.

My question is that if even after taking the tablet my bp increases then after how much time shall i take the second tablet

I have chest pain with difficulty in breathing,my ECG is normal and my X-ray is normal too , the pain is always at the left side of the my chest and it always transfers to the right side sometimes. I have neck and back pain , difficulty in swallowing and I have peptic ulcer disease diagnosis ,and history of smoking please what will cause the chest pain help me

I am suffering from frequent burps and stomach ache. My B12 level came out to be 112 (Report said 250 is borderline). I took 5 injections for b12 deficiency (renerve). But I still don't feel completely fine. My question is how long does it take to work? If I don't feel fine after 5th injection, could that mean that my issue was not because of b12 deficiency.

I have gone throgh laproscopic surgery of my gallbladder in May 2022, now i saw there is some swallow near upper side of Navel near stitch. Diring that period i am feeling not ok it seems lot of gas is there.
