Chest pain
I have chest pain with difficulty in breathing,my ECG is normal and my X-ray is normal too , the pain is always at the left side of the my chest and it always transfers to the right side sometimes. I have neck and back pain , difficulty in swallowing and I have peptic ulcer disease diagnosis ,and history of smoking please what will cause the chest pain help me

It could be acid reflux,since there difficulty in swallowing,one should get endoscopy done to rule out any mechanical obstruction in food pipe

It's basically due to gastritis with reflux disease. Better do a Endoscopy .
