Hi doctor, Meri wife ko upper middle abdomen  pain horaha hai last 2 days se, family doctor ne prescribed kya tha medicine.like tab librax, syrup tricane & pan 40 par medicine leke bhi koi use nahi, doctor changed kya usne medicine prescribed like , tricane syrup, rab plus d, bifilac yeh bhi medicine lene ke bad bhi pain horaha, vomiting feel hota hai chakar ana feel hota... please suggest

I am having constipation for past few days and sometimes my skin itches too. I also feel slightly more hungry these days, i am worried...do i have worms?

I am suffering with grave hyperthyroid and atrial fibrillation for 25 months. I got full body checkup on 18 November 2022 and  alkaline phosphate was way above normal at 288, other parameters in lever report were fine.  I gets pain in ribs. Also my vitamin d was low at 20.5. I again got full body checkup in January and alkaline phosphate further increased to 313 and other parameters in liver report are again normal. Vitamin D has now become normal My question is- Does high alkaline phosphate indicate any problem in liver. Do i need to get ultrasound for liver ? Kindly answer both questions?

Hi am having issue of heavy stomach after eating and burning sensation almost second half of the day. Morning am taking DDR 60 since past 3 months and was feeling better but now again my stomach is feeling burning sensation in second half of the day

Why I am farting  a lot. Specially wet fart, cough and bowel changes, and hyperacidity. Abdominal pain in all areas of abdomen.

Yesterday my mother ( age 65) has done an usg and the report is saying minimal pelvic ascites and chronic cholecystitis with micro cholelithiasis/ echogenic sludge ball. What does this mean and what type of treatment is needed??
