Can low vitamin d levels cause , High levels of Alkaline phosphotase? My mother's blood report had indicated low vitamin d and high Alkaline phosphotase.

From past 10 days i was suffering from dyspepsia main symptom was pain in epigastric region. Doc had given ganaton total, rabeprazole and gaviscon syrup for 15 days. My stomach issue is resolved but i am having pain in middle of chest specially after eating. Do i need to wait for medicine course to finish or any medicine change is required. Kindly suggest

Hi since yesterday I am having upper mid stomach pain, when I asked my family doctor he said it's because of alcohol it's gastric take cyra D I took yesterday but still I have light stomach pain if I move body right or left the pain is more is it gastric or muscle spasms or pancreatic I don't have any other symptoms but the pain is something like moves inside should I get any test to rule out what it is Yes I do drink alcohol

I am 32 Yr old male. My height is 5ft5in and weight 88kg (BMI 32). My fibroscan result says CAP 327 dB/m and stiffness 4.8 kPa. I am non alcoholic with occasional smoking. I take mesalamine for IBD. What should I do?

Hello dr, I am 23 yo female. I've chest pain and left arm pain i went to Doctor 2-3 days before and Done ECG and the ECG report is normal and i also have acidity problem is it GERD or something related to acidity & i also have stones in gallbladder.

I have heartburn and acid reflux . recently for few days when i wake up when i spit salaiva thick blood streak is there. after 4 to 5 spits with water its completely gone. this happens everyday. there is no blood in stool fyi. please guide me on this. im completely stressed on this
