I had gall bladder removal surgery 6 wks ago,from 15 days im getting dull back pain in different places that lasts 1 hr to 3 hrs.Is this normal or should i consult PCP or surgery doctor

I feel very bad due to intestines problem, I can't digest food, I go to washroom atleast 3 or 4 times a day, please tell me some medicine that treat my problem. I belong to middle class family so I can't afford go to hospital. Please help me. I am grateful for you this🙏🏻🙏🏻

Can gym workout following normal daily life food(the food that we follow even without gym workout) cause gastric problem and discomfort?

It starts with a pain below the chest slowly graduating to breathlessness, this lasts for 10 mins. I have to take eno and pan D to get it under control. I feel so tired after an episode.
