Not an overdose?

I am a diagnosed hypochrondriac trying to overcome my fears of medication. I am currently taking cocodamol 30/500. I developed the cold and stopped taking this due to taking cough medicine. Today i forgot myself and took both. I took one 30/500 cocodoamol and throughout the day 40ml of covonia cough medicine containing levomenthol, sequill tincture and ethanol. I feel very drowsy and my anxoety is kicking in. This would be too small of a dose to overdose on right?
