Hi I am 37 year old female, I was complaining of weakness and body ache since 15 days. After my blood tests it is seen I have Vitamin D deficiency. Now a days with this lifestyle it so very common but I don’t want to take injections before trying dietary supplements. kindly suggest food which are rich source in Vitamin D

Hii i am college student i faceing frequent urination problem since 4years all reports are normal but i noticed when i am in class I feel like to urine every hour mostly my 1lecture about 2hours so it's difficult control urine but when i am in class every time in my mind i am thinking about urine(now urine comes, ooh i think i want to go washroom right now) but when i doing something work or playing games & other activities i Don't feel any urination problem because i am busy and also urine comes out every 2hour or 2.30hour So i want know which problem i faceing right now ? It's anxiety or something else where i go ? I don't know what i do please help Thanks waiting for your reply

I am having High temperature and body pains, headaches and unable to sleep, and sometimes nausea.

Acute headache and mild body pain. Body temperature is above the normal one and taking paracetamol has no effect either.

My son is 9 years old and has been recently diagnosed with G6PD deficiency. What can be the treatemnt for this condition? Will he be totaaly cured? Will iron supplements be good to be given? How about alternative treatments like homoeopathy, accupressure or accupuncture help in treatment of this deficiency?

I've been getting hives and extremely itchy skin all over my body, including my hands. I thought it was an allergic reaction to some food I ate (although I don't know of any allergies), however the hives of flared up for the third time 36 hours after I ate the suspicious food. Should I be worried that it keeps flaring up?

I am not getting sleep at night time in fact whole night . And i get sleep at 6am and i get up at 1pm. I want to stop this . I am not able to get sleep at night time.
