Flu

I am not getting sleep at night time in fact whole night . And i get sleep at 6am and i get up at 1pm. I want to stop this . I am not able to get sleep at night time.

Every now and then I feel like there's a rugby ball on the right side of my stomach and its starts to stab the inside of my belly and I start to pass out.

I've had headaches in the back of my head and neck every single day usually in the evening and I get a stiff neck and sometimes feel a little dizzy. I have had high blood pressure but I check it when I'm having these headaches and it's normal. I just had a baby 3 months ago and this has been going on for about a month, I'm hoping it has nothing to do with my epidural.

My daughter is 3yrs 5months old. she is suffering from fever from the day before yesterday.today is 3rd day.I gave her paracetamol syrup (250mg) 4times per day.temperature reduce but not cure.today when the temperature rise to 103degree,I gave her suppository (paracetamol 250mg), sponge her body, then temp reduce to 100. is it viral fever?what should I do?
