Headache every day
I've had headaches in the back of my head and neck every single day usually in the evening and I get a stiff neck and sometimes feel a little dizzy. I have had high blood pressure but I check it when I'm having these headaches and it's normal. I just had a baby 3 months ago and this has been going on for about a month, I'm hoping it has nothing to do with my epidural.

Post dural punture headache due to epidural start after 72 hours of delivery get exaggerated on getting up and get relived on lying down flat and get cured usually in 7 to 10 days.
First thing in any headache, Get your eye sight checked.
It can be due to anxiety or lack of sleep or disturbance of your sleep cycle as you might not be able to have sound sleep during night .
Do some brisk walk 30 minutes daily take fresh fruits and vegetables in your diet.
