Lower spine curves outward
My lower spine curves outward in a perfect c shape. This causes lower back pain, and just recently sciatic nerve pain.

I would advise you to meet a spine surgeon so that you can be examined and undergo investigations such as an X-Ray or MRI to find to see the extent of the anatomical changes and have it treated accordingly.
