I have little bumps on my shoulders and chest. I'm not sure how to get rid of them

I had lung surgery Monday. I was doing well. I woke up Friday morning and I was a little bit swollen. Now 16 hours later, I have swelling on my right side, chest, peck, arm pit. Starting to go into my neck and cheek. Is this normal? Or should I be heading to the emergency room?

I have cold and fever from last 3 days. Since I had met with accident one month before and I am taking few calcium or vitamins medicines, can I take any antibiotics on this? My problem started four months ago. I decided to take some pre workout and smoke marijuana, so during my workout I didnt feel good, couldn't breathe and then I had a panic attack , I was hospitalized and only told me it was an anxiety attack. That nothing else seemed to be wrong. But everyday I have loss of breathe and sharp pains in my chest, feel like I'm going to pass out, light headed , very anxious and I haven't worked out cause i tire out, what's wrong with me ? Permanent damage ?
