Should i adjust the tb dosage if i gained weight? I was 68kg(4 tablets of tb med), but now im weighing 72kg.. Based on d internet 71 and up should take 5 tablets a day. What should i do? Im worrying because i might develop mdr tb because of that, is that possible? Pls help

I always overthink that keeps me from being myself when talking to people also i can't sleep will at night and feel stomach pain i feel tension not relaxed as long as iam thinking and anxious . And i think thats the reason I always have stomach gasses i dont eat well And have low apetite although when iam hungry  . Also when i eat i feel like iam breathing hard  so i stop and try yawning to get some air  inside   ,

I've been getting numbness in my back after bending over. I do construction and was in a couple car accidents.
