My bp test shows 100/60 Is it very low? Or shall I need to consult a doctor. I do have little dizziness. Since I'm an ITP patient is there anything to worry?

I developed panic attack in November 2017 after dat I developed left temporal lobe burning sensation pain and same side burning sensation pain in arm and limb..ma bp is mostly in range of 140/90mmhg... almost ten months gone... what should I do pls suggest... should I do migraine treatment or Panic treatment or hypertension treatment... pls opine...kuch samajh nhi a rha..kisko consult Karu.. physician ya psychiatry?

I will randomly have sharp and sudden stabbing pains in the area where my lower left lung is. It’s in the anterior region right behind my ribs. It usually goes away in a few seconds, but sometimes the pain can cause a discomfort in the area for a few seconds to probably around an hour. Sometimes I will be resting and sometimes I can be active when the pain occurs. Multiple doctors haven’t been able to find the cause.
