Gas problem
I have gas problem and want to end it. Die to this I feel frequent loo. And I hv sleep problem too but during sleep I feel easy and hv no problem related to loo. I have also seen that when I have no problem on any fine day than I perform good in my relationship too. Please advise which medicine to be taken
