Permanent Damage or is there a solution?
My problem started four months ago. I decided to take some pre workout and smoke marijuana, so during my workout I didnt feel good, couldn't breathe and then I had a panic attack , I was hospitalized and only told me it was an anxiety attack. That nothing else seemed to be wrong. But everyday I have loss of breathe and sharp pains in my chest, feel like I'm going to pass out, light headed , very anxious and I haven't worked out cause i tire out, what's wrong with me ? Permanent damage ?
